Christina Anton Garcia graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Criminology and Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology as well as a J.D. from the University of Florida.

At Anton Garcia Law, her expertise in marriage dissolution, contested custody, paternity, domestic violence, divorce, and other areas of family law are well known and respected throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Christina is unmatched in the level of service she provides to her clients as well as her ability to relate to them. She provides passionate representation with a compassionate approach. Christina combines energy, conscientiousness, and dedication with legal knowledge and experience in helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.  She assists clients in mediation, litigation, and collaborative matters.

Year after year, Christina has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. Recently, she was designated as a Top 40 under 40 Family Law Attorney in Florida. Christina has also been honored as a finalist for Legal Business Woman of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. She was also selected as one of Tampa’s Top 10 Leading Ladies by Blu Magazine where she was featured for her business ventures, philanthropic efforts, and community involvement. Christina was honored as an Up & Comer by Tampa Bay Business Journal and was a finalist for the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Young Lawyer of the Year Award. She has received the Client’s Choice Award and achieved a superb (10 out of 10) rating on Avvo, as well as numerous 5 star Google reviews from her clients.

Professional & Community Involvement

Christina is a third-generation Tampa native and is actively involved in the Tampa Bay community. She has held positions on the Tampa Public Safety Council, the Greater Tampa Chamber Policy Council, the Women of Influence Committee, and Emerge Tampa Bay. She is a member of the Junior League of Tampa and is currently a patron supporter. Christina is also a graduate of the Tampa Connection. She has presented on community and law-related issues to audiences in public forums, such as the Business Transition Council of Tampa Bay, CEO Effectiveness and to professional organizations  such as the Tampa Bay Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

Christina currently serves on the board of The Giving Girls, a charity benefitting breast cancer awareness and support. She actively supports The American Heart Association, A Kid’s Place, St. John’s Episcopal, Krewe of Sant’ Yago Education Foundation, Meals on Wheels, Redefining Refuge, Quantum Leap Farm, and many other charities.
