Brett Kurland is a prominent personal injury attorney and a founding partner of the high profile law firm Culpepper Kurland.

Kurland is a former Scholar Athlete from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Marketing.  He obtained his Juris Doctor and Master in Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law/Stetson University in 1997. 

Kurland’s career is devoted to fighting for victims and those who have been injured.  He began his career as an Assistant State Attorney representing victims of crime and has spent the last 19 years as a personal injury attorney representing injured victims.  His practice areas include automobile, motorcycle, trucking, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, wrongful death claims, personal injury matters, and premises accidents.
