Spine & Sport Chiropractic

Your body functions as a whole unit and should be analyzed as such. Minor alterations to your movement patterns can lead to major problems if not corrected early on. When I was in high school, I injured my knee during volleyball practice. Shortly after this injury, I started experiencing debilitating low back pain that required muscle relaxers and heavy-duty painkillers. I relied on medication for 6 years before I finally saw a chiropractor. He explained that my knee pain changed the way I walk, which changed the way my low back moved and likely led to my injury. After my first adjustment, I was experiencing less pain than I could ever remember feeling and I wanted to help other people achieve that as well. I started applying to chiropractic colleges the next day.

I have been serving the Tampa Bay area since I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018. After graduation, I joined Spine & Sport Chiropractic. Our offices specialize in treating individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents and I utilize the most up-to-date techniques and research to provide my patients with the best possible outcomes. Through chiropractic care, soft tissue modalities, and rehabilitative exercises we work to correct faulty movement patterns, relieve pain, and restore function. Should a patient require more care than chiropractic can provide, I have an established network of trusted healthcare professionals equally committed to helping patients live pain-free.

I am also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and I’m certified in the Webster Technique. This technique is designed specifically for pregnant women to help increase the mother’s comfort and ensure optimal positioning of the baby for birth. It is my passion to provide everyone—from infants to athletes—with holistic healthcare solutions to help them achieve their maximum potential!
