Dr. Deepak Naidu, a board-certified plastic surgeon, specializes in reconstructive surgery after traumatic injuries as well as oncologic procedures such as breast cancer reconstruction. With his extensive experience and expertise, Dr. Naidu helps patients achieve their desired outcomes, whether they are seeking relief from the impacts of disease, trauma or discomfort, or enhancements of the face and body, including gender-affirming procedures for adults. 

During his esteemed career, Dr. Naidu has been involved in several research projects, presented at national conferences, and had his work appear in numerous peer-reviewed medical publications. He has also has held positions in the educational sector as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando, as well as a plastic surgery faculty member at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa.

Dr. Naidu graduated summa cum laude with a dual major in molecular biology and English from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and earned his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky and a fellow in hand and microsurgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute. He then went on to complete a plastic surgery residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He is active in his profession as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Tampa Bay Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Naidu is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Recently joining Dr. Naidu is Melissa Koliha, a certified physician assistant who has cared for patients in the St. Petersburg area for over 20 years. She specializes in aesthetic surgery, nonsurgical rejuvenation, breast reconstruction, and post-mastectomy tattooing. By offering 3D nipple tattoo restoration in-office, she helps to put her patients at ease, providing another level of comfort knowing they are receiving a continuum of care from their trusted providers. Melissa earned her master’s degree in biomedical sciences and physician assistant studies at Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
