Pamela Cordova Papasov’s life story echoes the quintessential American dream—a narrative of resilience, hard work, and unwavering determination. As the Founding Attorney of Papasov Law Group, PLLC, she embodies the spirit of opportunity that defines this great nation.
Pamela’s journey began when she arrived in the United States at the age of ten. Despite the challenges of adapting to a new culture and language, her ambition remained unwavering. She graduated as the Valedictorian of Leto High School in Tampa Bay and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Her legal career unfolded purposefully, starting from humble beginnings. Pamela immersed herself in plaintiff’s personal injury law, rising from a case manager to a paralegal. Her dedication and expertise caught the attention of her peers, propelling her to the position of Legal Director. Her portfolio included handling catastrophic injuries, auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and complex mass tort cases. After nearly a decade in the legal field, her commitment to justice led her to pursue a law degree at Stetson University College of Law.
During law school, Pamela honed her legal writing and oral advocacy skills as an intern in the Appellate Division of the United States Attorney’s Office. As a Florida licensed attorney, she served as the Grassroots Director for the Ashley Moody for Attorney General Campaign. Following a successful campaign, she argued cases in front of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeals as an Assistant Attorney General. From then, Pamela’s unique journey spanned both plaintiff and defense work. She contributed her legal acumen to the nation’s largest Plaintiff’s firm, navigating complex litigation in state and federal courts. Recently, she defended personal injury cases while working for Florida’s largest defense firm, as well as the nation’s fifth largest law firm. This dual perspective equips her with a powerful understanding of case valuation and strategic anticipation of defenses.
On a personal level, Pamela understands her client’s struggle intimately. Just weeks after giving birth to her first child, she suffered an injury caused by someone else’s negligence. Her journey—from treatment to surgeries and ultimately a successful trial—forged her empathy and resilience. Pamela stands by her clients, offering exceptional legal representation. Her unparalleled empathy ensures she understands their struggles deeply, while her fierce determination drives her to achieve top results. She knows the fight, and she knows what it takes to win.
