Alexis Rae Campos is a Florida native who obtained her undergraduate degree with honors from Florida State University in 2011. Mrs. Campos graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May 2015 with her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, with a concentration in Advocacy, as a member of the Nation’s #1 Mock Trial Team, and as one of only fifteen students selected to participate in the College of Law’s Honors Program. She passed the bar in September 2015 and was admitted to practice immediately thereafter.
Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Alexis has dedicated her career to advocating on behalf of injury victims, fighting insurance companies, and forcing them to compensate her clients fairly and adequately. She practiced for most of her legal career with a very well-known and successful personal injury firm in Tampa. But after representing hundreds of personal injury victims, trying cases before juries in multiple counties, and garnering millions of dollars in compensation for clients, Mrs. Campos founded Campos Law, P.A. in 2023 and has begun practicing under her own shingle.
With her proficiency navigating the claims process and her experience throughout all stages of litigation (depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, hearings, jury trials, the works!), Mrs. Campos is bringing a full suite of services to her personal injury clients at Campos Law, P.A. In addition to representing those injured by another’s negligence (whether that is from a car or motorcycle accident, premises liability incident, dog-bite, or wrongful death), Mrs. Campos has decided to branch out into the world of employment law, counseling mothers who are pumping breastmilk while on-the-clock. As indicated by her recent selection to the “Super Lawyers Rising Stars 2024,” Mrs. Campos ardently advocates for those whom she represents and endeavors to bring resolution to her cases as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
Above all else, Mrs. Campos is a mother and wife. When she isn’t in the courtroom, meeting with clients, or caring for her babies at home, Alexis can be found right back where her love for trial began, Stetson College of Law, as an Advocacy Skills Trainer, helping the next round of advocates on the Trial Team. Alexis loves to explore Tampa with her wife and kids and enjoys all that the Bay Area has to offer a young family!
