Joyce & Reyes Law Firm- A Family Affair

Lillian and Bob have been married since 1986 and they have been practicing law together since 1987. They have always felt that their clients and staff were part of their family. So it was perfect when their son Jamison graduated from University of Florida Law School and joined the practice in 2017. 

The firm is a plaintiff’s personal injury litigation firm. They have a different business model from most plaintiff’s firms. They sign up fewer cases than many of their colleagues, but their goal is to maximize the recovery for the client which often leads to litigation, but it inures to the benefit of the client. Although this approach is more labor intensive, they have found that it results in a higher recovery for the client.  

As a result, their main referral sources are former clients, insurance adjusters and defense attorneys. They are rightfully proud of their firm and their business model.
