Raised in Detroit by his mother, one of the nation’s first Black-Female United Methodist ministers, Stallworth’s path from the basketball court to the courtroom was shaped by discipline, resilience, and empathy. His academic and athletic talents earned him admission to Cranbrook-Kingswood, followed by the University of Michigan, where he pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and was awarded the Ronald E. McNair National Scholarship. He graduated with a degree in English Literature and later earned a full scholarship to Stetson University College of Law, where he excelled on its National Championship Trial Advocacy team.
Stallworth began his career as an Assistant State Attorney, trying well over 100 cases from misdemeanors to murder. He later joined two nationally recognized firms, practicing nursing home litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, and complex insurance subrogation. He became a fierce advocate in catastrophic injury cases, handling matters that spanned the spectrum from planes, trains, and automobiles, not to mention against the largest of corporations such as the NFL, Walmart, and Amazon. His work combines precision advocacy with compassion, ensuring clients receive compensation, justice and dignity.
In 2023, after 18 years as managing attorney and co-founder of a multi-office firm, Stallworth launched his own practice, rooted in transparency, client empowerment, and a hi-tech relentless pursuit of justice. Formerly admitted to practice in federal court, he remains licensed in Florida and admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court, dedicating his work to representing victims of negligence, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death.
Mr. Stallworth’s family and remarkable children, undoubtedly, remain his prize achievements.
