Kevin J. Napper maintains an active trial practice in all federal and state courts. He has over 40 years of experience representing individuals and companies in all phases of complex criminal, civil and healthcare matters. He concentrates his practice on white collar criminal defense matters at the investigation stage and at trial, if necessary. He represents clients in state and federal grand jury investigations involving healthcare fraud allegations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations, tax fraud and many other criminal and civil matters. He has substantial experience in state and federal False Claims Act (FCA) matters and Qui Tam litigation involving whistleblower allegations of fraud and/or deceptive and unfair trade practices.
Kevin has been recognized for 25 consecutive years by Best Lawyers in America in White Collar Criminal Defense, “Bet the Company” litigation and Commercial litigation. He was “Tampa Lawyer of the Year” in Qui Tam Litigation (Defense) in 2017 and “Tampa Lawyer of the Year” in Class Actions and Mass Torts (Defense) in 2017 and 2022.
