Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer
Chase P. Florin is a Double Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2019, at just 32 years old, he became the youngest Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist in the State of Florida.
Board Certification is the highest level of recognition a Florida lawyer can achieve, and fewer than 1% of attorneys in the state hold this distinction in Civil Trial Law. As a plaintiff’s trial lawyer, Chase has dedicated his career to representing the injured, not the insurance companies.
A Tampa Bay native, Chase earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida (2010) before earning his law degree from Stetson University College of Law (2012), long recognized among the nation’s top programs for Trial Advocacy by U.S. News & World Report. He completed the typically three-year program in just 2½ years.
He is licensed in Florida, Texas, and Colorado, and has served as lead trial counsel across the state, winning verdicts and settlements in auto accidents, personal injury, and large-loss property insurance cases. His results have earned him membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have obtained seven-figure results for their clients, as well as recognition as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”
What drives Chase is simple: standing up for the injured when the odds are stacked against them. He views every case as an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of his clients and to ensure they are heard, treated fairly in the justice system, and receive the compensation they deserve.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Chase remains deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay community. He enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Sara, and their two young daughters, Zoe and Lumae.
