Our practice led by Dr. Liwen Tao and Dr. Miguel Saravia is an endodontic specialist team in Clearwater, Florida.
Using state of the art equipment, such as 3D-CBCT, digital radiography, surgical microscopes, ultrasonics, and biocompatible materials, we provide the highest standard of professional gentle endodontic care in a Feng Shui environment. We offer oral conscious sedation and nitrous oxide. Our highly trained team provides superior service to patients in the Tampa Bay Area, also we are an international team with Spanish, Chinese and Polish speaking members.
Dr. Tao has been practicing endodontics since 1989. Originally from China, she received her Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in oral biology as well as trained for her endodontic specialty at Augusta University, Georgia.
Dr. Tao has been listed in the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities as well as the Who’s Who of Female Business Executives. She is a member of American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association and several other state and local dental associations. She has been a top dentist since 2003.
In addition, Dr. Tao has published over 50 articles in the world’s leading dental journals and has made numerous national and international presentations. Locally, Dr. Tao provides charitable dental work for the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch, Community Dental Clinic, Florida Mission of Mercy, and Gulf Coast Dental Outreach. Dr. Tao also contributes to Global Dental Relief and World Vision for Children.
Born in Peru, Dr. Miguel Saravia joined the practice of Dr. Liwen Tao as an associate in 2018. He worked in a private practice in Lima, Peru while also serving as an Assistant Professor at the dental school. Dr. Saravia moved to the United States in 2003 to attend Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007. After working for a year in general dentistry, Dr. Saravia pursued his endodontic specialty program in 2008 at the University of Southern California. Dr. Saravia has done some significant dental research in both Peru and the United States. Prior to moving to Florida Dr. Saravia worked in Texas. He has been a practicing Endodontist for more than nine years.
Dr. Saravia is a member of American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association and several other state and local dental associations.
Both Dr. Tao and Dr. Saravia routinely take continuing education courses to keep informed of the latest developments and technologies in dentistry.
