Suketa K. Shah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel at Advantive LLC in Tampa, Florida, Suketa provides strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s rapid global expansion. She offers time-sensitive counsel to the executive team and business leaders, leads negotiations for complex commercial and technology agreements with enterprise customers, drafts internal policies to mitigate risk, and oversees the Legal, HR Operations, and Quality Management departments.
Suketa holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School, where she received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award, and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Stockton University. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey, and is an active member of several professional associations, including the Ferguson White Inn of Court, where she serves on the Board of Directors.
