Scott Davis is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the difficult family law process. Scott is a former state prosecutor with over two decades of trial experience and has practiced in the area of marital and family law since 2001. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1997 after receiving his B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 1994.
Scott has been designated as a Board Certified Specialist in Marital Family Law by The Florida Bar. As such, he has received the highest level of recognition by the Bar concerning competency and experience as a marital and family law practitioner. There are more than 100,000 attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and as of August 1, 2019, only 278 family law attorneys are Board Certified. Scott is also AV® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. The AV® Peer Review Rating serves as an objective indicator that a lawyer has demonstrated ethical standards and professional ability.
