Inspired by his father’s ability to heal and provide comfort, Dr. Applebaum knew from an early age that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Specializing in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Applebaum is known for his expertise in eyelid surgeries, including upper and lower blepharoplasty, eyebrow lifts, and skin cancer removal repairs. His precise, detail-oriented approach ensures the best possible outcomes, whether improving a patient’s vision or restoring his or her natural beauty. Dr. Applebaum completed his medical training at the University of Florida, earning both an MD and MBA, and continued his education with a residency in Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida. Following this, he honed his skills in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery during a fellowship at the J. Justin Older Eyelid Institute.
