Our Dentists:

Dr. Randall Diez, senior practitioner and founder has been dedicated to offering the most innovative general and cosmetic dentistry for over 34 years. His objective has always been to provide his patients with an all-inclusive range of dental procedures. He has achieved this goal by attaining education and certifications in: Invisalign, CEREC, CBCT digital Imaging for dental implants, PerioLase (LANAP) Laser Gum therapy, Chao Pinhole Surgical Procedure, Oral Sedation Dentistry, and LVI Advanced Dental Esthetics. Dr. Diez’s eye for detail, creative abilities and desire to provide his absolute best dentistry are the qualities that his patients believe distinctly set him apart.

Dr. Michael Diez (Dr. Mick), is a Tampa native whose peers voted him among Tampa’s Top General & Cosmetic Dentists

in 2020 and 2021. His philosophy is “To use my artistic abilities and dental knowledge to create and enhance every smile when restoring my patients’ teeth to their healthiest state, while in an environment where every patient is treated like family.”

Dr. Mick is certified in Invisalign and CEREC Same Day Crown technology. He performs Smile Makeovers and Root Canals, as well as placing and restoring Dental Implants. Dr. Mick received his undergraduate and doctorate degree in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the ADA, FDA, and FACD. Dr. Mick is also a respected member of BNI, a world wide networking organization, and is the Secretary/Treasurer for his Carrollwood Chapter. 

Dr. Mick contributes to the community through his support of the Veterans & Troops as a VA Community Care Dentist and through Operation Gratitude. Dr. Mick has also partnered with Tampa basketball legend, Ricky Gallon, director of the Tampa Boys and Girls Clubs by donating monthly toothbrush kits in an ongoing effort to improve children’s dental health. Outside the office, Dr. Mick is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys adventures in Florida’s waters with his wife, Alexa, his family, and friends. Dr. Mick’s unassuming, approachable nature compliments his dental skills and creativeness, placing him among the finest in the dental profession.
