Eliane (“Ellie”) Probasco has practiced exclusively in the area of marital and family law in the Tampa Bay area since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2002. With a J.D. from Florida State University, Ellie’s extensive involvement in legal organizations showcases her commitment to excellence. She shares, “Family law is unlike any other area of the law. Amy D. Singer is a Tampa native committed to helping families navigate legal complexities with empathy and expertise. For more than 20 years, Amy has concentrated her practice in the areas of family law mediation and litigation. Amy is trained in Collaborative Law, was previously recognized by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in Collaborative Law, and currently serves as secretary on the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals board.

Julia Ammerman’s commitment to complex family law matters is unparalleled. Alex Bottone is a double-Gator, having obtained his B.A. from the University of Florida in 2015 and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. Alex is actively involved with the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, currently serving on the executive board of the Children’s Issues Committee, the Continuing Legal Education Committee, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
Marian McCulloch is an Accredited Collaborative Professional and a Board-Certified Marital and Family Law Specialist. Marian’s expertise spans decades.
