After completing his Fellowship in Prosthodontics, Dr. Nitash Patel became very passionate about Implant Dentistry and all the advancements that relate. “Implants, although complex in itself, have actually made comprehensive care much easier and long lasting for the patient. I have struggled to find ways to make implants accessible, affordable, and comfortable for my dental community.”  Dr. Nitash has achieved this at the Implant Institute of Tampa, which he established in 2013. “Patients can come to one office for everything implant related, from the implant itself to the crowns, bridges, and dentures that are made to fit them.” With the use of 3D Imaging, Straumann Implant System, and the experience of having placed a 1000+ implants, he has simplified implant surgeries to be an average of 20 minutes or less. With this speed, efficiency, and accuracy, patients no longer have to fear surgery. Dr. Nitash offers complimentary implant consultations, where he takes the time to evaluate a patient’s issue and educate on all options available. “I have an extensive photo log of cases that I have completed over the years. I am usually able to consult a patient using pictures of completed cases that are nearly exact matches. This allows the patient to see pictures of each step and have a true understanding of the goals we are trying to achieve.”  In addition to educating patients, Dr. Nitash is dedicated to educating other dentists on the Straumann Implant System.
