Christina Lund is both an attorney and a licensed realtor specializing in real estate. She helps clients navigate the legal and logistical challenges that arise as homeowners, protecting their most valuable investment—their home or business. Whether it’s providing legal advice during the buying or selling process, assisting with HOA issues, or handling complicated and stressful real estate matters, Christina is there to lend a helping hand as your trusted real estate attorney.
Some notable examples of Christina’s real estate work include assisting clients with their F45 business, representing partnerships in commercial property sales, drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating settlement disputes for buyers and sellers, resolving property lien issues, and preparing leases and quit claim deeds—just to name a few.
A graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School in St. Petersburg, Ms. Lund attended Boston College on a tennis scholarship where she received her BA degree in Communications and MS in Business Communications. Ms. Lund received her law degree from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.
With a Bachelor’s in Communications, a Master’s in Business Communications, and a JD from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL, Christina Lund is both skilled and savvy at helping her clients achieve their goals with compassion and professionalism.
She is the legal real estate sponsor of the Ask The Dom radio show on 102.5 FM THE BONE radio, and a Realtor with Agentry Real Estate. She gives back to the community by volunteering in for organization, Tennis for Fun, as well as captaining for Suncoast Tennis League.
