Caring Family Dentistry

Dr. Monica Baez Morgan completed her Dental degree from Bogota, Colombia in 1992. Her motivation to enter the field started as a teenager, when she realized that not enough emphasis was being put on encouraging the right type of brushing behavior in young children. Dr. Morgan would later fulfill her dreams as a child to one day practice dentistry in the USA. This dream was fulfilled when Dr. Morgan completed her Doctorate of dentistry in Indiana University in 2004. Shortly after, Dr. Morgan would relocate to Tampa, and open her own practice, Caring Family Dentistry where she continues to provide world class dental care for over 14 years now and running strong.

Dr. Morgan is recognized as one of the most giving and caring dental practices in Tampa by providing free dental care to patients for one full day each year, popularly known in the community as “ Dentistry with love day” each February. On this day, Dr. Morgan and multiple volunteers from her staff and the local community dedicate 14 straight hours to over 150 patients free of charge.

Breakfast and lunch is provided to the community that often show up the night before, sleeping overnight to be the first ones in line to be helped.

Dr. Morgan is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association.

Dr. Morgan is constantly looking at new ways to help people both through technique and technology, because she believes the patient’s comfort and confidence is what matter most.

Oustside her professional activities, Dr. Morgan enjoys tim with her husband Mark, and their three children. She has a pasion for traveling, swimming and reading.
