St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute is the result of a lifelong vision shared by brothers Dr. Matthew and Dr. Andrew Lalli. The two brothers moved to Florida a few years ago with the goal of opening their family style practice. Their decision to practice together stemmed from years of shared values, mutual respect, and the belief that they could achieve something greater together.
Dr. Matthew Lalli graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Chemistry. He then attended Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Matthew completed his oral and maxillofacial residency from NYMC/Westchester. After completing residency Dr. Lalli joined his hometown family practice where he practiced for 7 years gaining immense training and experience in dental implants and all the new technologies that have changed the field over the last decade.
Dr. Andrew Lalli graduated from the University of Connecticut in Molecular Cell Biology. He then attended Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Andrew completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Northwell Health LIJMC. Dr. Lalli after completing residency joined a practice in Florida for a few years before joining up in St. Pete.
Located in the heart of St. Petersburg, the Institute quickly gained a reputation for treating patients like family. The Lalli brothers are known for their hands-on approach, taking time to listen, educate, and guide patients through every step of care. Their services include wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, anesthesia, bone grafting, sinus lifts and full-mouth rehabilitation. Performed using the latest technology with an emphasis on comfort, advanced technology planning, and overall patient experience.
In 2025, they opened a new state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance both clinical outcomes and patient experience. The modern space reflects their ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, infection control and individualized care.
