Lynette Silon-Laguna is a highly regarded attorney specializing in divorce and family law. Since 1997, she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate and exceptional legal assistance to families in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area. As the founder and owner of All Family Law Group, P.A., Lynette has earned a reputation for her commitment to her clients and her deep understanding of complex family legal issues. Her goal was to create a law firm with dedicated attorneys and legal staff who possess substantial exclusive experience in divorce, family law, and criminal defense, and some who are proficient in Spanish. Supporting Lynette’s mission is an experienced and passionate team, and with each team member committed to ensuring their clients receive the best possible outcomes. As well as each attorney has at least 15 years exclusive experience in family and/or criminal law.
Education
Lynette graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies (Pre-Law). She then graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, with a Juris Doctorate in 1995. After law school, Lynette worked briefly at several law firms before founding All Family Law Group, P.A. in 1997, recognizing the need for specialized family legal services in Tampa. Under her leadership, the firm has become one of the premier family law firms in the area, successfully representing countless clients in matters including divorce, child custody disputes, and alimony. Lynette and her team’s client-first approach ensures personalized attention and representation tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Philosophy
Lynette’s philosophy in life is to never give up and to not let fear prevent your moving forward with your dreams. Two of her favorite quotes are from Martin Luther King, Jr.: “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” And from Winston Churchill: “We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
Personal Life
Lynette cherishes time with her husband of over twenty years, Marco Laguna, Jr., who is a retired Delta International 777 Captain, and to eventually travel the world with him. She also cherishes time spent with her family and friends and adores her beloved Shelties, Jesse and Teddy. Working!
