Kimberly Reynolds Beckwith, a Partner with the esteemed law firm of Murray, Morin & Herman, P.A., has over a decade of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, property damage, premises liability, breach of contract and fraud claims, as well as land use, landlord tenant disputes, construction defect claims, and aviation claims. While Ms. Beckwith has received favorable results at jury trials, including complete defense verdicts for her commercial clients, she is also well known for her ability to resolve matters out of court. Before graduating with honors from law school, Ms. Beckwith had a successful career in sales, real estate, and construction. She is a Florida native and a graduate of the University of South Florida and Florida A&M University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Beckwith served as Treasurer and Founding Member of the Marshall Bell Law Society.
Ms. Beckwith has been recognized by her peers for her accomplishments and was voted Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine in 2017. Kimberly is also a licensed Commercial Pilot and Realtor.
In her spare time, Ms. Beckwith enjoys sports, exercising, boating, spending time with her husband, family, and English Bulldog, Shane Falco.
