Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon
Dr. Josh Samuel is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He practices at Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon and has surgical privileges at the Edgewood Sedation Center, as well as at Pediatric Surgical Centers. Dr. Samuel has built a reputation for providing compassionate, patient-centered care while staying on the leading edge of innovative treatments in pediatric dentistry.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Samuel completed his pediatric dental residency at Temple University Hospital, one of the most well-regarded programs in the country. During his residency, he received extensive training in advanced behavior management techniques, including oral sedation and general anesthesia. He is one of the few doctors in North America to be dual certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and the National Dental Examining Board of Canada.
Known for his gentle approach, Dr. Samuel has a talent for easing children’s fears and helping them develop a lifelong love for oral health. His state-of-the-art practice is designed to be a fun, welcoming space where children can feel at ease.
Dr. Samuel is passionate about educating both children and parents on the importance of oral health, frequently participating in community outreach programs and school presentations. He has volunteered in local outreach programs in the Tampa Bay community, as well as on international dental missions trips.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Samuel has traveled extensively, exploring global cultures and enriching his understanding of child health and wellness. An avid marathon runner, he embraces an active lifestyle that reflects his belief in the importance of balance and well-being.
