Florida Law & Advocacy Group

Jennifer Wilson is a third-generation Floridian and Tampa Bay native specializing in civil litigation, business law, and government affairs. Known for her unbeatable work ethic and tenacity, Jennifer is a double graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws while working full-time in the Florida Senate. After earning her law degree, Jennifer was recruited to one of the country’s most prestigious law firms by H. Lee Moffitt, whom she considers a mentor and friend.

Jennifer is the Managing Partner of Florida Law & Advocacy Group, where she manages the firm’s thriving corporate compliance, litigation, real estate, and legislative practices. A confident negotiator and trial lawyer, Jennifer is a trusted resource for business owners, trade associations, consumer groups, and industry leaders needing legal advice to enhance their operations or defend their legal interests. She stays active in the legal community as a member of the RPPTL [Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law], Business Law, and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers.

Passionate about justice both inside and outside the courtroom, Jennifer has actively pursued justice for others since she was only twenty years old, when she was certified as a Guardian Ad Litem. She now serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Bridging Freedom of Tampa Bay, a nonprofit organization that builds safe homes and provides restorative care for child victims of sex trafficking. Jennifer also volunteers at free legal clinics where she counsels Florida veterans and homeless families, and she works with local non-profit organizations to provide rehabilitative and mentoring services to troubled youth.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys baseball, spending time at the beach with her husband, and writing episodes for a true crime podcast.
