Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator
Jennifer is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator at Feld Legal. She is AV-Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, recognized as Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite (2019), and has been named a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for eight consecutive years (2017–2024). In 2020, she was honored as one of Tampa’s Top Women in KNOW Tampa. Jennifer has received numerous accolades for her work, including 2021 Woman of Distinction (Tampa JCC), 2024 Leader in the Law (FAWL), and a 2025 Cardozo Society honoree.
Before transitioning to full-time mediation, Jennifer spent over a decade litigating and was a partner at a multi-state firm. She earned her B.A. from Emory University and her J.D. from the University of Florida, where she served as an Executive Board Member of the Florida Moot Court Team and an Editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy, where her note was published.
Jennifer is an advocate both in and out of the courtroom. Her experiences as a mother and trial attorney have made her a pioneer in parental leave and lactation space awareness. Her work has been featured in professional publications and local news stations, and she frequently speaks at industry events on emerging topics.
A devoted community servant, Jennifer is the President of the Board of TJFS, which provides a food bank and financial and social wellness services to those in need throughout Tampa Bay. She also serves on the UF Law Alumni Council, holds a leadership position within the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and is active in its Hillsborough Chapter.
Recently, Jennifer founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, The FAWL Support Organization, dedicated to propelling women lawyers into economic, social, and leadership spheres of power.
