With a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years, Dr. Grove has redefined what it means to lead in medicine—grounded in purpose, not position. He has served in influential roles at both the state and national levels, including as President of the Florida Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Foundation. His work has shaped policy, elevated education, and strengthened advocacy efforts that benefit both providers and patients nationwide.
Through Paxton Medical Management—his physician-led network of senior-focused practices across Florida—Dr. Grove has created more than a healthcare group. He’s built a model where doctors can thrive, mentor, and lead with intention. At Paxton, providers are empowered to build long-term relationships with patients while delivering value-based care rooted in connection, quality, and compassion.
Dr. Grove’s impact also extends well beyond clinical medicine. He founded the Jeffrey Grove, D.O. LGBTQ+ Pride Scholarship to support and uplift the next generation of diverse osteopathic physicians. He is also a Tony Award–winning Broadway producer, using storytelling as a tool for empathy, inclusion, and social change.
His recognitions include multiple Physician of the Year awards, the American Osteopathic Association’s Distinguished Service Award, and the 2024 Rubicon Theatre Innovation Award for his cross-industry contributions.
