Mr. Gordon has been recognized in Florida Top Verdicts for securing the largest award in a lawsuit against a Dram Shop in 2011 ($8,250,000) and the largest award in a motorcycle accident lawsuit in 2017 ($14,950,000). He also gained national recognition for his efforts to challenge tribal sovereign immunity on behalf of critically injured clients in multiple lawsuits against the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has tried and argued cases across the United States. Since 1992, Mr. Gordon has combined his passion for helping others with precision advocacy, representing victims of negligence in cases ranging from catastrophic vehicular accidents and boat explosions to surgical errors and failed hospital equipment.
