Elevating Women’s Health through Science, Spirituality, and Education
Dr. Sraddha Prativadi, MD, is a board-certified OBGYN who has dedicated her career to integrating Eastern and Western practices in women’s healthcare. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School, Dr. Prativadi gained invaluable experience in integrative and holistic medicine at the university’s Center for Spirituality and Healing. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she spent over 12 years educating medical students, residents, and advanced practice providers while establishing thriving private and faculty practices.
In addition to being double board-certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine, Dr. Prativadi is an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP). Today, she serves as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist, but her passion for teaching extends beyond clinical settings.
Throughout her career, Dr. Prativadi has been known for her innovative approach to addressing women’s most challenging health concerns, blending ancient wisdom with cutting-edge functional immunology. Her dedication to personalized care often led to results where conventional methods had failed. In her forthcoming book, The New Vagina Diet, she shares her unique framework to help women align their physiology with optimal health before even stepping into a doctor’s office. Her patients describe her as “my gal friend with a degree,” finding her easy to connect with and trust.
Dr. Prativadi’s passion for education extends beyond the book into The V3 Academy—Value, Voice, Victory—an online direct-to-public education platform designed to empower women and girls by helping them understand their bodies and grow through personal development. She believes that directly teaching women about the intelligence of their physiology fosters self-respect, amplifies their voices, and inspires them to achieve their goals.
With her commitment to clinical innovation, health education, and personal empowerment, Dr. Sraddha Prativadi continues to transform women’s health and inspire positive change in multiple ways.
