Dr. Nyarai Mushonga is a board-certified urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon, specializing in treating pelvic floor disorders with Florida Medical Clinic Urogynecology. With over a decade of experience in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Dr. Mushonga is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of her patients. She has expertise in treating conditions like pelvic organ prolapse, urinary leakage, and bowel control issues, offering advanced treatments to help patients regain control and quality of life.

Dr. Mushonga earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, before obtaining her medical degree from Rutgers University’s Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cooper University Hospital, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Mushonga furthered her training with a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Morristown, New Jersey.

She is board-certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Mushonga is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Urogynecologic Society and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and she is committed to advancing patient care in urogynecology.
