Dr. Billy Kowalski is a veterinarian dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with his patients and their families. He relocated to Tampa in 2016 to be closer to family after practicing in Las Vegas. He earned his undergraduate degree in Animal Science and completed his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in 2014.
He credits his mentors, Dr. James Nave and Dr. Randy Ezell, for teaching him how to provide platinum-level care and exceptional bedside manner. He also acknowledges Dr. James Evans and Dr. Blake Tunnard for their ongoing mentorship in all aspects of veterinary medicine.
In 2019, Dr. Billy achieved a lifelong dream by opening Harbor Springs Vet, a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge technology and techniques. His practice is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, ensuring his patients remain happy and healthy throughout all stages of life.
Dr. Billy offers customized care tailored to the unique needs and lifestyles of each pet. He believes in treating every patient as if they were his own, providing the same loving attention, compassion, and care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Billy and his wife, Suzie, enjoy an active lifestyle with their sons, Henry and Hudson. Their family time includes outdoor adventures, beach trips, and building Lego sets together. The Kowalski family also includes a few furry members: Bex, a Golden Retriever; Kayce, a Labrador Retriever; and Hazel, a calico cat.
