Educational Background
Dr. Noah holds a Doctor of Juridical Science degree and a Master of Laws degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law and has been called to the Ghana Bar through the University of Ghana College of Law.
Professional & Community Involvement
A Native Floridian, Dr. Noah’s family has called Florida home for thousands of years. Dr. Noah is a recipient of a pro bono award from the Hillsborough County Bar Association for her legal talk show Legal Notes. She is also the producer of the radio/television show Belinda’s Justice where she adjudicates disputes between parties. Dr. Noah is a Founding Member of the George Edgecomb Bar Association and has served in various volunteer roles with Metropolitan Ministries, WEDU, and other community organizations.
As an attorney in Florida and Ghana, Dr. Noah has advised on complex legal issues with individuals to small businesses to multinational corporations as clients. Dr. Noah has published works on preventive law in the healthcare industry and international intellectual property law, and is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeal for the Sixth Circuit, and all Ghanaian courts.
