I believe that we cannot live our lives in isolation from our core values. They are embodied in the thoughts we think, the words we say, the things we do and ultimately in the people we choose to be. Kindness is one of the values that I have the privilege of expressing on a daily basis to every patient who walks into my practice. Dentistry is my passion, but kindness is the foundation on which it stands. My team and I are consistently learning, improving, and using new technology to provide the most advanced dental care possible with the understanding that it all starts with a desire to show compassion and kindness to people who need us. Dr. Little is a general dentist who has practiced in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade. He received his bachelors degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia in 2001. After working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, he then attended the University of Connecticut to pursue his life‘s goal of becoming a dentist and received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, he received further training by enrolling in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the University of Florida.
Dr. Little is also active in local dental societies and continuing education. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the West Coast District Dental Association, the Upper Pinellas County Dental Association, and is past president of the Hillsborough County Dental Research Clinic.
Dr. Little has had the privilege of serving the Tampa Bay Area providing care in all areas of general dentistry, including veneers, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, ZOOM whitening, orthodontic treatment with Invisalign technology, CAD/CAM manufacturing of crowns and ceramic fillings, sleep apnea devices, TMJ treatment, sports guards and nightguards.
Dr. Little and Dunedin Family Dentistry regularly participate in community outreach events such as their annual backpack and school supply giveaway, food drives in partnership with the Dunedin Food Pantry, providing free dental care to kids in need in partnership with the Tampa Bay Rays Team Smiles, Giving Tree benefiting veterans in need, Samaritan’s Purse and Give Kids a Smile. In addition, Dr. Little and his team have volunteered at numerous local schools and assisted living facilities. They believe it is their responsibility and privilege to serve the community inside and outside of the dental practice.
In his free time, Dr. Little practices jujitsu and enjoys running, biking, diving and working-out. He is also an avid car enthusiast. But by far his favorite free moments are spent enjoying adventures in our beautiful state with his wife and two young children.
