Her journey began in Mexico and evolved through New York City, Germany, and now Pinellas County, Florida. Early mission trips to Guatemala, Mexico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic awakened her purpose: to use dentistry as a force for healing and transformation. That realization led her to specialize in pediatric dentistry after completing advanced training at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn.
Today, as founder of Kids 1st Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Escobedo leads a thriving practice known for its excellence, innovation, and joy. Within just 18 months of opening, it was voted Tampa Bay’s Best Pediatric Dental Practice (2025)—a reflection of her unwavering dedication to exceptional care and community connection.
Dr. Escobedo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and an active member of the AAPD, ADA, and FPDA. She continues to expand her expertise through continued education in orthodontics, airway-focused care, and preventive dentistry.
