Attorney Candice Rojas-Colucci is a fierce trial litigator who dedicates her career to fighting for the rights of others. Candice was raised in Tampa, Florida, and graduated from Stetson College School of Law and was a member of Stetson’s #1 Nationally ranked, highly competitive Trial Team.
Candice founded Colucci Law Group to relentlessly fight for others who are being exploited by insurance companies, and to bring compassion, dedication, and aggressive advocacy to each client. She has three offices and represents clients throughout the State of Florida. Candice dedicates her practice to representing residential and commercial property owners against their insurance companies when they deny, delay, or underpay their insurance claim.
During the disaster of Hurricane Michael, Candice and her team of experts led a “boots on the ground” type operation by volunteering their time and providing supplies to the Panhandle where destruction had hit the hardest, as well as representing homeowners that were forced to live in tents and mold-infested homes due to their insurance companies’ neglect. Candice treats her clients like family and protects them unapologetically. During the Pandemic when most companies were forced to shut down, Colucci Law Group most recently recovered nearly $2 million dollars in additional money for its clients, that are still currently living in deplorable conditions. When Candice takes on a case, her clients reap the ultimate benefit of her immense knowledge, experience, and intense personal investment. Candice is selfless in her endeavor to prevent the revictimization of others.
Although Attorney Colucci’s firm specializes in Property Damage Insurance claims, 2020 turned out to be a year where racial inequality demanded attention. Candice felt compelled to divert resources to seek justice and reform for the systemic racism. Candice and her team attended peaceful protests and spoke at Citizen Review Boards to seek a radiant integrated future for our community.
Candice’s unwavering commitment to empowering others through education lead her to start a Podcast called “Legal Gangster.” The Podcast offers free legal information on various topics, in an effort to arm the listeners with the tools to stand up for themselves in all areas of their lives…to encourage others to fight back, Legally.
Attorney Candice Rojas-Colucci was recently awarded the “2020’s Power Attorney” in USA Today’s Lawyers of Distinction. She was also named as the “2020 Marquis WHO‘S WHO In America”, a yearly publication since 1899 that highlights the Nation’s most notable men and women. She has also received numerous accolades including “National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 under 40”, Association of American Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Insurance Law” and “Lawyers of Distinction” in both Insurance Law and Civil Litigation. The National Alliance of Women in Law honored Candice as a “Top Attorney.”
