Attorney, Barbara M. Brown, is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas and has been practicing locally in the Tampa Bay Area since 2002. Barbara is recognized by her peers in the legal community as one of the TopLawyers© in the Tampa Bay Area by Tampa Bay Magazine. With a passion toward real estate law, Barbara sits as a Director on the Bay Area Real Estate Counsel. She is also a Member of the Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, providing residential and commercial real estate closing, title insurance, and escrow services. Barbara has chosen to surround herself with top qualified attorneys and legal staff.
Attorney, Kenneth R. Case, a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, has been practicing bankruptcy and foreclosure defense for ten years. His has focused his work on helping Floridians resolve their creditor issues, with an emphasis on mortgage loss mitigation strategies such as loan modifications and short sales. Kenny has been recognized by the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court and the Supreme Court of Florida for his outstanding pro bono and volunteer work. Outside of court, Attorney Case also supports the Florida English Bulldog Rescue by providing a foster home for rescue dogs.
Attorney, Athanasios “Thanasi” Poulakidas, is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. His practice areas include real estate law with an emphasis on litigation, negotiating commercial and residential leases, business and contract disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Thanasi is actively involved in the legal community as an Adjunct Professor with the Paralegal Studies Program of St. Petersburg College and he sits on the Clearwater Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
Attorney, Kevin Paul, is a former Assistant State Attorney who has focused his practice on defending homeowners in residential mortgage foreclosure actions for the past five years. He has been involved in bankruptcy actions for the past thirteen. Kevin is licensed in the Middle, Northern and Southern U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
