Lead Attorney, Barbara M. Brown, earned both a JD and MBA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. She is currently working to achieve her LL.M. in Real Property Development at the University of Miami Law School. She is admitted to practice law in both the states of Florida and Texas, and has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. Barbara has been recognized by her peers in the legal community as one of the TopLawyers© in the Tampa Bay area by Tampa Style Magazine for the past 7 years. With a passion for real estate law, Barbara sits as the President of the Bay Area Real Estate Counsel. She is also a member of the Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC. Providing residential and commercial real estate closings, title insurance and escrow services.
As part of her commitment to excellence, Barbara has chosen to surround herself with top-qualified attorneys and legal staff. Separate from the office, she is the President of the Raising Down Syndrome Foundation, Inc., which is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicating to supporting individuals with Down Syndrome and their families in the Tampa Bay area. Attorney Barbara Brown is a mother, wife, attorney, and business owner, Barbara Brown is consistently voted by her peers as a Top Lawyer in Tampa Bay. She has over 25 years of experience and knowledge in litigation, probate, and estate planning. Managing Attorney, Daniel Bonardi, graduated Magna Cum Laude from WMU Cooley Law School. He also graduated with his LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami Law School. Daniel formerly sat as the Real Property Chair for the St Petersburg Bar Association, and he is also a member of the United States Coast Guard Reserves. Whether it’s litigating disputes or assisting clients in real estate transactions or probate, Daniel has quickly earned the respect of his peers and clients. He is a native Floridian and has resided in the Tampa Bay area for over a decade.
