Attorney, Certified Family Mediator, and Advocate for Peaceful Resolutions

Beth Reineke has spent more than thirty years helping Florida families navigate one of life’s most emotionally complex transitions: divorce. Today, as the founder of Reineke Mediations, she is no longer known for her courtroom battles but for guiding couples through separation and divorce with empathy, clarity, and dignity.

A licensed Florida attorney since 1990 and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator since 1997, Beth made a pivotal shift in her career after 20 years of courtroom litigation and 15 years as a Board Certified Marital and Family Law Litigator. She chose to step away from traditional litigation to focus exclusively on mediation—believing that families deserve a more compassionate, less adversarial path forward.

Beth offers a full range of mediation services through her Tampa-based practice, including divorce mediation, uncontested divorce, parenting coordination, collaborative divorce, and other creative approaches tailored to military families, same-sex couples, and those seeking confidential, budget-conscious alternatives to traditional divorce litigation. Whether helping a couple design a parenting plan, negotiate a marital settlement agreement, or dissolve a marriage without competing attorneys, Beth approaches each case with deep respect for each individual and the family unit they’ve built.

Her warmth, objectivity, and impressive legal background make her a trusted guide for couples seeking resolution outside of the courtroom. Trained as a Parent Coordinator, Arbitrator, and Collaborative Divorce Attorney, Beth also has a long history of leadership in Florida’s dispute resolution community—including serving as president of the Collaborative Divorce Institute of Tampa Bay (Next Generation Divorce) and contributing to legal education and publications across the state.

But perhaps what sets Beth apart most is not just her legal acumen—it’s her unwavering belief that every couple, regardless of their challenges, deserves the opportunity to divorce with dignity.

When she’s not working with clients, Beth is deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay community and has spent years educating others on divorce and family law through teaching, writing, and public speaking.

Beth Reineke isn’t just redefining what divorce can look like—she’s showing families how peace can be part of the process.
