She is also the 2024 Greater Tampa Realtor Association’s (GTR) Affiliate Director. Barbara is also a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC, offering residential and commercial real estate closing, title insurance, and escrow services. Her specialized skills include preparing residential and commercial contracts, contract negotiation, and recently, negotiating, drafting, and closing a multi-million-dollar corporate stock purchase consisting of over 130 properties.
