Dr. Antonio Luis is a primary care physician who is board-certified in internal medicine and has specialized training in HIV/AIDS care. He graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, in 2005 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology, dance, and environmental health. Dr. Luis then attended the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, where he earned his medical degree in 2009. He completed his internal medicine residency training 2012 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

 

In 2012, Dr. Luis began working as an Academic Hospitalist at Lankenau Medical Center. He spent five years educating residents and providing quality patient care. His dedication to addressing daily challenges was clear, as was his emphasis on effective communication, particularly when working with specialists and nurses from different hospital systems. In 2017, he joined Mazzoni Center, an LGBTQIA+ community center, where his focus on HIV/AIDS and gender-affirming care grew. Here, he became an HIV/AIDS specialist recognized by the American Academy of HIV Medicine and established a High-Resolution Anoscopy Clinic to increase preventive care in the community. In 2019, he took on a role at Spruce Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where he led their LGBTQIA+ program and trained other providers.

 

In 2021, Dr. Luis moved to Tampa, Florida, to work as a Medical Director at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Here, he focused on providing quality care to a neglected patient population. 

 

Dr. Luis opened Inclusive Care Group in 2022. Here, he focuses on providing specialized care and preventive maintenance to individual patients. His goal is to offer quicker access to care and make healthcare more cost-effective. He is committed to delivering high-quality care to everyone, with a particular focus on ensuring the LGBTQIA+ community receives proper care. His passions include LGBTQIA+ care, HIV/AIDS care, gender-affirming care, and supporting his community.
