Implant, Cosmetic, and Sedation Dentistry

From the opening of his practice in 2010 to today, Dr. Andrew Holloman’s mission has been to provide Florida families with smiles they can be proud of.  This commitment has led to his nomination by peers and patients for America’s Top Dentist in implant and cosmetic dentistry each of the last seven years. 

After completing his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College in Illinois in 2002, he moved to his home state of Oklahoma to enroll in the University of Oklahoma Dental school, from which he graduated with honors.  He subsequently completed an Advanced Eduction in General Dentistry residency at OU where he received extensive training and experience in implant, cosmetic, surgical and sedation dentistry. 

Upon completion of his residency, the Hollomans moved their family to the Tampa Bay Area, where his wife was raised.  He saw a need in and around his new practice for patients to receive a deeper level of sedation for their dental treatment than the typical light sedation achieved through oral sedation.  He subsequently devoted himself to an intensive training program in IV conscious sedation to allow him to do just that. Patients who have had anxiety in the dental chair in the past are able to receive sensitive and gentle care under oral or IV sedation in Dr. Holloman’s office.  Dr. Holloman is one of few dentists in the Bay Area who provide this sought after service, and he couldn’t be happier that his patients think of going to the dentist as a pleasant experience!

To Dr. Holloman, dentistry is not “one-size-fits-all.”  He and his outstanding staff hear the desires of each patient and craft each treatment plan to best fit his or her needs and lifestyle.  Dr. Holloman holds himself and his team to a standard of excellence, always looking for ways to improve patient treatment and experience.

Dr. Holloman moved into his new, state-of-the art facility in Clearwater in 2016.  He is committed to providing patients an environment that is comfortable and welcoming, while at the same time utilizing the latest advancements in technology to continue to provide the highest level of care.  Dr. Holloman and his team are happily accepting new patients.
